Le Scoop - 5.15.25

Just yesterday, Arbys x Chain dropped a “13Hr Drip Fit” made entirely from linen bistro napkins. This drop celebrates Arby’s new line of BBQ sandwiches in collaboration with AC Barbeque (as in, Anthony Anderson and Cedric the Entertainer’s BBQ joint) not to mention, National Barbecue Day is May 16th for all who celebrate, lolllz. Real talk though, this limited edition two-piece set was made with the intention of catching all your spillages and acting as a wearable napkin (but literally). Consider me V impressed. This is the kind of unconventional but practical fashion I’d like to see more of. Chain reigns supreme in the world of compelling fast food collabs and this drip fit cements that title in my opinion. The entire set goes for $85 and IS limited edition so run HERE if you want it.
images courtesy of Chain And in OTHER Chain news - they’ve teamed up with Jack in the Box to throw Jack a big Birthday Bash on May 16th with a mouth-watering menu (see above), some special birthday collection merch, and hints at some celebrity appearances. You know, some people get FOMO when they don’t receive invites to fashion shows and various launch parties. . . but THIS is the type of FOMO I get. I guess some of us are just built differently. (You have a chance at winning tix by commenting on this Instagram post. There were also tix available for about $50 here but naturally there’s a waitlist now.) Now in terms of celebrity gossip, I wanna know - WHO’S GONNA BE AT JACK’S BIRTHDAY BASH??
Y’all know how much I love my fast food merch and KFC just happens to always be SERVING. KFC teamed up with Loungefly for an accessory collection consisting of a KFC Chicken Bucket Mini Backpack, a KFC Drumpstick Crossbody, and a KFC Colonel Sanders Wallet.
Gotta catch ‘em all?
LAS (London Art Services) hosts The Menu, a unique week-long festival taking place from June 3rd to 10th, before and during London Gallery Week. This multi-disciplinary event will bring together artists from a variety of fields to create an immersive experience centred on collaboration, community, and creative exchange. The festival will revolve around the concept of communality, around a multi-functional table/performance platform in the main gallery as a symbol of coming together, the non-hierarchical exchanging of ideas, adopting an artefact we are all familiar with no matter what background or class as cultural channel.
Reminder this is a NON-PROFIT event and tix are essentially free with the exception of the ones where you can pay around £10 to help support the equipment and team costs. I so desperately wish I could be in London for this so if you go, I want to know all about it. Get your tickets HERE and if any artists want to apply to be a part of it, you can do so HERE until May 18th.

The Frankie Shop teamed up with Tobasco for these mini “Frankie is Hot” bottles to make sure we know that Frankie girls are spicy too. The Frankie Shop first debuted these on Valentine’s Day but I suppose this hot item was so well received that they’re back (or maybe they never left, I don’t know - I don’t go to the shop often enough).

Mira Mikati’s SS25 Collection is here and it’s definitely in the running for the most fashionable daily serving of fruits and veggies. Some of my personal favorites are pictured above like the Lemon Crochet Vest, the adorable Asparagus Stripe Sweater that gives the French marinière a run for its money, the Raffia Bucket Hat w/Vegetable Brooches, and the Denim Jacket with Embroidered Veggies. You can also browse (and shop) the entire collection here on their website.
Papa Johns’ x Mountain Dew = ‘Cini Dirty Soda
Not much to say here - Mountain Dew? Good. Pepperoncinis? Good. Papa Johns’ Pepperonicinis x Mountain Dew + collectible merch? Even better.
Try your luck at winning the full recipe kit (pictured above) by entering the contest HERE by midnight May 16th. And FYI you do have to sign up to be a Papa Johns’ rewards member before you can apply.

OREO ALERT - in the latest installment of Oreo’s endless flavor innovations and limited edition releases, we now have the Chocolate Covered Pretzel Oreo - admittedly the first flavor I’ve actually been excited about in a while (and yes, I’ve already sent my mom out to get me some - thanks ma!) as well as the new Selena Gomez Limited Edition Oreo that features cinnamon creme and her initials on it, lolz. If you wanna try your hand at the Choco Pretzel ones, get ‘em HERE. As for the Selenators, I actually have no idea where you can get them but I do know they’ve released in several other countries - not just Amurica.
Dunkin’ has touched down in Paris (as of yesterday). As seen in a friend’s IG Stories, the first 100 customers to line up received a badge that promises 1 free drink per week for the rest of the year. Krispy Kreme first appeared in Paris in December 2023 and has opened several stores around the city since. Dunkin’’s narrative pushes coffee just as much as their donuts (if not more) so I’m quite curious to see how Parisians will react to it. All I can say is, the American Fast Foodification of France continues. . .

Koibird teamed up with Leslie Amon for an exclusive collection just in time for summer that’s full of lemons and kiwis and bananas, oh my! Check out the full collection HERE. I think my fave would be the “Happy Hour” set laced with lemons in the bottom left corner.
If there’s one thing Lisa Says Gah’s new Caviar Dreams collection tells us, it’s that the caviar craze has certainly not died down. Check it out here.
If you’ve spent your whole life wishing that you could taste Venice canal water in your coffee well, YOU’RE IN LUCK! Lolz. Do me a favor and just click on the video above - she’ll explain it way better and we still have more to get to!
Fishwife x Chaco - Fishwife is at it with the collabs YET AGAIN, this time bringing us a sandal in collaboration with Chaco. Maybe one day I’ll actually make the cut for their press list and hear all of their news straight from the fish’s mouth. :) It’s fine, I’m fine. . . anyways, get the sandal here if you’re so inclined.
