I went to the Ice Cream Project four times last summer. I avoided buying a few pints of the Pesto because I knew I had a problem, but by the time I gave in it two days before the pop-up ended it was finally gone (probably for the best). So, so good. Also worth trying, Tropicana, the Maldon salt chocolate sorbet and the Jaffa Cake flavor.
Omg my friend brought me the Maldon Salt too! Second fav to soy sauce. Pesto was top of my list I KNEW I would love it but he said it wasn’t available that day :( join me in July???
